Marjorie McClure

Marjorie (Margie) McClure was born in Stillwater, Minnesota. She moved to California in 1966, after working for five years for a law firm in Stillwater. She has been a legal assistant with our firm since 1993, and a paralegal since 1998 She has more than forty years experience in the legal profession in various aspects of the law, including corporate law, business law, real estate transactions, civil litigation, personal injury, probate, and estate planning.

In addition to her transaction responsibilities, Margie is in charge of all the bookkeeping duties in our office (including the accounts receivable billings), as well as preparing various documentation for new start-up companies, sales of businesses and tax-related forms. Her organizational skills, document production and control skills and extensive knowledge of corporate and business law are very useful to our clients and our firm.
